Deborah Gilbert-Rogers is a licensed massage therapist (NJ), Reiki Master-Teacher, and wise woman herbalist. She is the owner of A Healthy Spirit, LLC and believes that touch is the universal language we all share and should be accessible to anyone. 

Deborah specializes in massage for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, and down syndrome - as well as the medically fragile, the elderly... and anyone looking to improve the quality of their life.

She is employed full time as a Holistic Therapist with the The New Jersey Institute for Disabilities where she oversees the institute's Alternative Wellness Program.

After numerous requests, Deborah now sees private clients part-time in the comfort of their own homes and at Formula II Hair Designers in Neptune for special events and enhancement services and is working to develop a space to see private clients in studio.

In 2018, Deborah began studying to earn a Master of Arts degree in Holistic Studies from Georgian Court University. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University in 2007 and completed 600 hours of therapeutic/medical massage training from Body in Mind Massage Institute in 2015. 

Deborah is certified in Cancer and Mastectomy massage and a variety of somatic and mindfulness techniques.
